20/20 Building and Property Maintenance Services, Inc. is a fully insured, licensed and bonded multi-service maintenance company serving commercial and residential customers in the Greater San Diego area.

TOOLS & MATERIALS

All tool and materials needed to perform the specified duties for the customer will be provided by 20/20 Services. 20/20 Services will provide trained staff and will be responsible for the appearance and conduct of all employees while performing duties on site.  20/20 Services provides all payment of wages, workers compensation insurance, Social Security Tax, employment compensation tax, employees liability insurance, and all other requirements of federal, state and local governments. Licenses and proof of insurance, listing our client as additionally insured, are available upon request.

All employees are supervised by fully trained superiors. Radio and cellular phone communications are in use during regular business hours, and emergency after-hours communication is 24 hours.

Debris generated by maintenance activities and litter will be removed from the site unless prior arrangements are made.

SAFETY

20/20 Services management constantly promotes the importance and achievement in safety goals and demands accountability for safety, health and loss prevention performance and providing the necessary resources to ensure effective safety standards at its work locations.

Safety shall be the utmost importance at all times. 20/20 Services Inc. shall safeguard persons during the process of work by providing proper warning devices (ie. caution tape, safety cones, notices to move vehicles, if necessary) to warn of obstructions and 20/20 Services activity.

We continue to seek for better ways of improving our safety standards by:

• Improving the effectiveness of our field supervision

• Promoting of a high-level of awareness, commitment and involvement by all personnel

• Sustained effort in eliminating any Lost Time Accidents (LTA)

• Continually upgrading safer work practices

• Monitoring the effectiveness of our safety standards
